Petworking

Pet Passport, Pet Care Network & Business Software

The place for pets and their people.

Petworking connects pet parents, animal professionals, businesses and rescues through a digital Pet Passport, shared care records, bookings, payments and business software. Keep your animal’s information together and share relevant records with the people you authorize to care for them. Whether your friend is furry, scaly, squishy, or completely unique, we've got you covered so you can focus on what matters.

Both figures are the real count. Neither is a countdown we invented.

What is true about this animalLive

Pet Passport

Identity, microchip, vaccinations, medical history, medication, licences, documents and visit history. Held by the animal, not by a business, and portable to every professional who cares for them.

Pet Parent OS

Care routines, health tracking, medication, household permissions, spending, insurance, training and travel. Core records stay free. And if you’re one of the first 100 Pet Parents, Founder is free for life.

Rescue OS

Intake, surrender, medical status, behaviour assessment, foster placement, volunteers, applications, home checks, transport and post-adoption follow-up. The adopted animal's record moves into the family's passport rather than staying in a database it cannot leave.

The Petwork

Credentials, continuing education, networking, referrals, events and reputation. It follows the person, not the employer, so a credential travels when they move.

Every layer sits on one animal record. The Passport is the layer the rest hangs off, which is why it is free and why it leaves with you.

What being known looks like

The details that make care good are the ones nobody writes down.

They live in one groomer's memory, on a sticky note behind one counter, in a text message from eighteen months ago. When the pet moves between people, they are lost and learned again from scratch.

He needs the ramp.

His groomer knows. His new sitter does not.

Fourteen years old, back legs going. Lifting him the wrong way costs him a week.

The dryer terrifies her.

Her trainer has spent four months on it.

That work is worth nothing if the next salon starts the way the last one did.

This food, and only this food.

The vet worked it out after eleven months.

Written on a receipt somewhere. Reordered from memory, wrongly, twice.

She is due her booster.

Nobody is quite sure when.

The certificate is in a drawer, a clinic's system, and an email nobody can find.

None of this is complicated. It has just never had anywhere to live.

Registered pet rescues

Rescues never pay a subscription.

No subscription on any tier, and the lowest rates in the product on everything you take. This is permanent policy rather than a promotion, so there is no code to enter, nothing to renew and no date it ends.

An animal adopted from a registered rescue does not count towards the three animals on a pet parent's free plan either, so an adoption never costs the adopter a subscription.

A rescue is not being offered a cheaper rate, because it already has the cheapest one: every registered rescue pays no subscription and the lowest transaction rates in the product, permanently, founding place or not. What a founding rescue gets is the build.

Questions we get asked

What is Petworking?

Petworking is an all-in-one pet care network for pet parents, pet professionals, businesses and animal rescues. It combines a portable digital Pet Passport with pet records, bookings, marketplace discovery, business software, payments and professional networking.

What is the Pet Passport?

The Pet Passport is the persistent record for one animal, held by the animal rather than by a business. It carries identity, microchip, vaccinations, medical history, medication, licences, emergency information and visit history, and it travels with the animal to every professional who cares for them.

What does Petworking cost a Pet Parent?

The core Pet Passport stays free. The first three non-rescue pets are included in the free allowance, and adding another never blocks access to their record. An animal adopted from a registered rescue does not count toward those three. Pet Parent OS is normally $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. The first 100 Pet Parents receive Founder membership free for life. No subscription, no one-time purchase and no renewal.

What does Petworking cost a business?

Plans are $0, $29, $69 and $229 a month. Every paid transaction carries payment processing of 4.25%, 3.80%, 3.55% or 3.35% plus $0.30 depending on the plan. A 7% marketplace commission applies on every plan, but only when Petworking generated the transaction. A client you imported, added yourself, or who books you directly carries no commission at all, and attribution attaches to the transaction rather than to the customer.

Is Petworking free for animal rescues?

A registered pet rescue never pays a subscription, on any tier, and always pays the lowest payment processing in the product at 3.35% + $0.30 on every paid transaction. There is no marketplace commission, including on transactions Petworking generated. Permanent policy, not a promotion.

Does Petworking support animals other than dogs and cats?

Yes. Species is an extensible taxonomy rather than a fixed list, so a bearded dragon and a ball python are different animals with different care models, not two reptiles. No animal is recorded as Other, and if yours is not listed you enter it and the record exists from that moment. Habitats such as tanks, terrariums, aviaries and ponds get their own care record.

Does Petworking use AI?

No. Petworking has no AI layer and will not have one. No inference reaches a user: nothing is scored, suggested, ranked, predicted or generated. Computation with a visible formula, such as a feeding calculator or a utilisation figure, is not inference.

What is the Founding 25?

Twenty five pet businesses get their first location on Multi-site, our highest tier, free for life. No subscription, permanently. Transaction fees apply at Multi-site rates, which are the lowest in the product.

Why we are building this

I built Petworking for every emergency I've had with my beagle away from home or after hours. I did it for all the busy days when I forgot to go to the pet store, so she got to experience the beauty of human food. Being a pet parent is rewarding for the love, but also when you get it right that just feels amazing. So I built Petworking to make the work easier for pet people so they can focus on love.

Petworking is the place for pets and their people.
