Petworking Protected Payment

The business transfer follows completion.

You pay at checkout through a payment provider, not into a Petworking bank account. After collection or service completion, Petworking instructs the provider to transfer the business’s share.

How it works

01

You pay at checkout

The payment provider processes your charge.

02

The transfer waits

The business has not received its share yet. The funds remain in the provider’s payment system, not a Petworking bank account.

03

The transfer is requested

After collection or service completion and any applicable release window, Petworking instructs the provider to transfer the business’s share.

For orders and bookings paid through Petworking, the payment provider processes the charge. The completion and release rules determine when the business transfer is requested.

When an order is not collected

The order becomes Uncollected when the window expires. It stays reserved through a grace period the business sets per product category, shorter on perishables, and is restocked at the end of it.

The buyer is refunded the order value less a collection charge. The charge is a percentage of the order value the business sets between 0 and 25%, and the buyer receives the balance.

The collection charge is business revenue. The normal transaction fee applies to it. Nothing else is added.
