Petworking is small and building toward launch. Every hire past this point is a deliberate one. If a role opens, it lands here. In the meantime, here is what we work to.
The animal is the constant
Every design decision is checked against the animal, not the business or the platform. That is what makes the product coherent and it is what we hire against.
No fabrication
No fake data on the site, no rankings we did not measure, no algorithm we cannot explain. If something is not built, the page says so plainly rather than showing a placeholder that reads as real.
Documents beat inference
We store what a professional can prove, not a score we computed. That constraint shapes the schema, the badge families and the analytics.
Everything is portable
Records stay with the animal and the household, exportable in full. That is a product principle and a hiring principle: no lock-in, ever.
